I grew up near the coast and am utterly hefted to the light and sense of space it affords. When I get my camera out at the beach, on cliff-tops, at ports, it’s always in the hope of capturing the unbounded joy of my experience so I can share it with everyone else.

Fulmars nesting on a rocky outcrop lush with pink flowers I can’t remember the name of.

The lighthouse is famous, amongst lighthouse enthusiasts, and is much photographed. It’s also rather unattractive, unlike the flora on its wall.
